When I fit into my pants, it helps motivate me. It's amazing when you see progress, but progress can be slow. Woo hoo, you're doing great!!


@ Jnif - That's awesome! Maybe we can egg each other on to keep up with it. :) I started it this morning and I was *shocked* by how much of a workout it was for me. I was really feeling it by the last ten minutes, and I'm actually a little sore now. I guess that shows just how out of shape I really am.


You inspired me to do the couch to 5k thing after tweeting about it yesterday! So I started yesterday and I'm following the plan that I printed from the good ol internet... semi following :)
