Interesting read. I'm new to your blog, but have enjoyed the first few posts I've read.

Mmmmm....I can smell it through the screen! I am going to try this tonight and I LOVE that you take a little "help" from the grocery store.

Very excited to see someone else make Rach's recipe! I want some now :)

I too followed this recipe (last night) and I think next time I'm going to do things differently because while it was good, I definitely put too much sugar in it. It was really sweet and not my cup of tea. Plus, I think I put in too much wine and didn't let it cook long enough.

The husband, however, loved it! It is a great recipe!

You have put me to shame. I had a bowl of cereal for dinner tonight and Ned had a PB&J sandwich! I do cook, but not as much as I should. Your dinner looked fabulous!

woooooooo! hahah. just a tip? even if you're just making plain old spaghetti sauce? do the onion / garlic thing and add some sugar.

and the chicken thing? TOTALLY WORKS! I don't know how i figured this out, but it's brilliant. take it out juuuuuust shy of being done and put some foil over it. DELISH.

(and i think i'm going to do a cooking post next on how to chop an onion. :) )

YOU KILLED IT!! AMAZING. i'm so proud. :)
