Well... to show you how much I too am failing at my similar quest, I read your post while eating a tub of ice cream. It made me realize though, that the reason I haven't been as "good" as I should, is because I don't really find exercise that fun. What could we do to make it fun? I just put down the tub. I'll start right now with you. From now to October we could actually make a huge difference, maybe not in weight but in inches, because they say it takes about 4 months to tone up. Inches matter more because then clothes fit better.

What do you enjoy doing to work out? I like dancing, in private (because I suck). Maybe I need to make this happen more. We can root for eachother.
